(AP) Appointed Person - 4 hours
- Statutory minimum requirement for low risk workplaces where no First Aiders are required
- In line with new (October 2013) HSE regulations when based on your individual risk assessment
- Suitable for those in charge of first aid arrangements in a workplace
- Covers dealing with life threatening incidents, calling emergency services and looking after first aid equipment and facilities

Certification: Successful participants receive an Appointed Person certificate which is valid for one year.
Please note: This is not a substitute for statutory first aid training. If your first aid needs assessment requires trained First Aiders on site then the minimum requirement is the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course.
