I felt at ease the minute I walked through the doors on day 1 and that didn't alter. Both were patient and the course was fun which is all down to the professionalism and the personalities of both tutors. The outdoor scenarios were both nerve wracking and exciting. Andrea and Janette showed interest in every student and what role had brought them on the course. They then in turn seemed to cater for those professions in great detail giving scenarios where we may each experience the need to perform that part of first aid to a high standard. I have no hesitations in recommending a course led by Andrea or Janette and look forward to meeting them both again in 3 years time"
